Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts, diced
- 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and ginger, cook until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar.
- Add water chestnuts and green onions, cook for 2 minutes.
- Spoon turkey mixture into lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
For spice, add a drizzle of sriracha or sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
