- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water, simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter.
- Top chips with cooked turkey, black beans, corn, and cheese.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with tomatoes, jalapeños, and red onion.
- Finish with dollops of sour cream, guacamole, and fresh cilantro.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Customize with your favorite toppings like salsa, pico de gallo, or pickled onions. For extra spice, use pepper jack cheese or add hot sauce.
