Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning and water, simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter.
  6. Top chips with cooked turkey, black beans, corn, and cheese.
  7. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle with tomatoes, jalapeños, and red onion.
  9. Finish with dollops of sour cream, guacamole, and fresh cilantro.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Customize with your favorite toppings like salsa, pico de gallo, or pickled onions. For extra spice, use pepper jack cheese or add hot sauce.
