Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (or pizza dough)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.

- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
- Roll out crescent dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the cooked turkey mixture evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Carefully roll the dough into a log, then slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Place pinwheels on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a layer of marinara sauce before rolling the dough, or serve pinwheels with a dipping sauce like ranch or marinara.
