- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Slider buns
- Sliced cheese (optional)
- Lettuce, tomato, pickles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape mixture into small patties, about the size of your slider buns.
- Cook patties on grill or skillet for 3-4 minutes per side, until fully cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
- If using cheese, add a slice during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Toast slider buns lightly.
- Assemble sliders with cooked patties and toppings of choice such as lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
- Serve immediately.
