Description

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Slider buns
  • Sliced cheese (optional)
  • Lettuce, tomato, pickles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix gently until just combined.
  4. Shape mixture into small patties, about the size of your slider buns.
  5. Cook patties on grill or skillet for 3-4 minutes per side, until fully cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
  6. If using cheese, add a slice during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  7. Toast slider buns lightly.
  8. Assemble sliders with cooked patties and toppings of choice such as lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
  9. Serve immediately.
