Description

A quick and healthy ground turkey stir-fry packed with fresh vegetables and bold flavors, perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce, mixing well.
  5. Toss in bell pepper, zucchini, and broccoli; stir-fry for 5–6 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil and mix.
  7. Top with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
  8. Serve hot over cooked rice.

Notes

You can substitute vegetables based on what you have on hand. Great with cauliflower rice for a low-carb option.
