These sweet and savory Ham and Pineapple Hawaiian Sliders are perfect for parties, potlucks, or quick weeknight meals. Juicy ham, tangy pineapple, and melted mozzarella on soft dinner rolls create a flavor combo that everyone loves. Easy to make, kid-friendly, and juicy!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (12‑pack) dinner rolls (Kings Hawaiian, 14‑18 slices Black Forest ham lunchmeat, about 200 g / ½ lb)
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp mustard (or Dijon)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice dinner rolls horizontally, leaving a hinge.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, mustard, brown sugar, and garlic powder; brush mixture onto the inside of each roll.
  3. Layer ham and pineapple tidbits on the bottom half of each roll, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly.
  4. Close the rolls and place them on a baking sheet; bake for 12‑15 minutes, until cheese is melted and lightly golden.
  5. Serve warm, optionally with extra pineapple or a drizzle of honey.

Notes

Tip: Use Hawaiian sweet rolls for extra sweetness. Substitute turkey ham if preferred. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
