- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple tidbits, drained
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the rolls horizontally and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and garlic powder.
- Spread the butter mixture evenly over the bottom roll halves.
- Layer ham slices, then pineapple tidbits, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Replace the top roll halves and brush the tops with any remaining butter mixture.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden.
