Description

Warm, inviting Hawaiian sliders that blend sweet pineapple with savory ham and melty mozzarella — perfect for parties, potlucks, or a quick weeknight bite. Easy to make, crowd‑pleasing, and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (12–18 count) King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • ½ pound (about 200 g) black forest ham, sliced
  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the rolls horizontally and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread the butter mixture evenly over the bottom roll halves.
  4. Layer ham slices, then pineapple tidbits, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Replace the top roll halves and brush the tops with any remaining butter mixture.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Tip: For extra crispness, broil the tops for 1‑2 minutes. Substitute turkey or chicken ham for a lighter option. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days; reheat before serving.
