Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced potatoes and cook until golden brown and tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic, sauté until softened.
  4. Push vegetables to one side of the skillet and add ground beef.
  5. Cook beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  6. Mix everything together and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  7. Continue cooking for 3-5 minutes to let flavors combine.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  9. Serve hot as a main dish.

Notes

For extra flavor, top with shredded cheese or a fried egg. Leftovers reheat well in a skillet or microwave.
