- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced potatoes and cook until golden brown and tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Push vegetables to one side of the skillet and add ground beef.
- Cook beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Mix everything together and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Continue cooking for 3-5 minutes to let flavors combine.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve hot as a main dish.
Notes
For extra flavor, top with shredded cheese or a fried egg. Leftovers reheat well in a skillet or microwave.
