Description

A lighter twist on the classic game day favorite! This creamy buffalo chicken dip uses Greek yogurt and light cream cheese for guilt-free indulgence. Perfect for parties or cozy nights in!


Ingredients

  • 2 (12.5 oz) cans chicken breast, drained (or 2.5 cups shredded cooked chicken)
  • 1 (8 oz) package light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional toppings: Extra green onions, blue cheese crumbles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In large bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, hot sauce, mozzarella, Greek yogurt, green onions, garlic powder and onion powder.
  3. Spread mixture into 8×8 baking dish. Top evenly with cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until bubbly and cheese melts.
  5. Broil for 1-2 minutes for golden topping (optional).
  6. Garnish with fresh green onions and blue cheese if desired. Serve with veggie sticks or whole grain crackers.
