A lighter twist on the classic game day favorite! This creamy buffalo chicken dip uses Greek yogurt and light cream cheese for guilt-free indulgence. Perfect for parties or cozy nights in!

- 2 (12.5 oz) cans chicken breast, drained (or 2.5 cups shredded cooked chicken)
- 1 (8 oz) package light cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional toppings: Extra green onions, blue cheese crumbles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In large bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, hot sauce, mozzarella, Greek yogurt, green onions, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Spread mixture into 8×8 baking dish. Top evenly with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until bubbly and cheese melts.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes for golden topping (optional).
- Garnish with fresh green onions and blue cheese if desired. Serve with veggie sticks or whole grain crackers.
Notes
- Spice Control: Use mild sauce or reduce to 1/4 cup for less heat
- Substitutions: Regular cream cheese works, try Pepper Jack for extra spice
- Storage: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 4 days. Reheat in microwave at 30-sec intervals
