A lighter take on the beloved Crunchwrap, this Healthy Crunchwrap Supreme Bake layers seasoned ground beef, crisp veggies, and a creamy Greek yogurt sauce between low-carb tortillas, all baked to perfection. Perfect for a guilt-free family dinner that doesn’t skimp on flavor!


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs 96% Ground Beef
  • 6 Mission Carb Balance Burrito Tortillas (10″ size)
  • 2 Cups Fat Free Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 12 Cups Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 Cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 Tsp Each Onion and Garlic Powder
  • Salt/Pepper to Taste
  • Olive Oil Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and spray 9×13 baking dish with oil
  2. Brown ground beef in skillet over medium heat, drain fat
  3. Mix in taco seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder
  4. Layer 3 tortillas in baking dish, tearing to cover bottom completely
  5. Spread beef mixture, then Greek yogurt, and half the cheese
  6. Repeat layers with remaining tortillas and ingredients
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly
  8. Top with lettuce and tomatoes before serving

Notes

Tips: Add black beans or corn for extra fiber. Substitute ground turkey for beef if preferred. Storage: Refrigerate leftovers in airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in oven for best texture.
