Description

A soothing and vibrant herbal tea latte made with dried hibiscus flowers, rose water, and frothed milk — naturally sweetened and elegantly garnished.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 teaspoons dried hibiscus flowers, lightly crushed
  • ¼ cup freshly boiled water
  • ¼ teaspoon rose water (optional)
  • ¾ cup milk, warmed and frothed
  • 12 teaspoons honey, monk fruit sweetener, or sweetener of your choice (optional)
  • Hibiscus and rose petals to garnish (if desired)

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil and place the dried hibiscus flowers in a tea strainer basket. Steep tea for about 5 minutes. Remove tea strainer.
  2. Froth milk in a milk frother.
  3. Stir in rose water and sweetener into tea, if using.
  4. Add warmed milk, garnish if desired, and serve.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to your preference. Rose water adds a delicate floral touch but is optional.
