A soothing and vibrant herbal tea latte made with dried hibiscus flowers, rose water, and frothed milk — naturally sweetened and elegantly garnished.

- 2 teaspoons dried hibiscus flowers, lightly crushed
- ¼ cup freshly boiled water
- ¼ teaspoon rose water (optional)
- ¾ cup milk, warmed and frothed
- 1 – 2 teaspoons honey, monk fruit sweetener, or sweetener of your choice (optional)
- Hibiscus and rose petals to garnish (if desired)
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil and place the dried hibiscus flowers in a tea strainer basket. Steep tea for about 5 minutes. Remove tea strainer.
- Froth milk in a milk frother.
- Stir in rose water and sweetener into tea, if using.
- Add warmed milk, garnish if desired, and serve.
Notes
Adjust sweetness to your preference. Rose water adds a delicate floral touch but is optional.
