- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (juice from ½ a lime, approximately)
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Combine the peach, tomato, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro in a food processor or blender.
- Add lime juice and kosher salt.
- Pulse until desired consistency is reached—chunky or smooth.
- Serve immediately or chill before serving.
