Description
This Honey Garlic Salmon is pan-seared to perfection and coated in a sticky, sweet and savory glaze. It’s quick, flavorful, and perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley or green onions, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add salmon fillets skin-side down (if using skin-on) and cook for 4–5 minutes, until golden and crispy. Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the salmon in the skillet.
- Let the sauce simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened and the salmon is fully cooked.
- Spoon the glaze over the salmon to coat well.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
For a deeper flavor, marinate the salmon in the honey garlic sauce for 15 minutes before cooking. Serve with rice or steamed vegetables.
