Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, whisk together the honey and soy sauce.
  2. Add the minced garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
  3. Place over medium heat and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with the water.
  5. Stir the cornstarch slurry into the sauce.
  6. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes until thickened.
  7. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before using.
