- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, whisk together the honey and soy sauce.
- Add the minced garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
- Place over medium heat and bring to a gentle simmer.
- In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with the water.
- Stir the cornstarch slurry into the sauce.
- Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before using.
