  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup cooked edamame
  • ½ cup sriracha mayo

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, and water.
  2. Place salmon filets in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Let sit for 15–30 minutes.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and cook the salmon filets for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through and caramelized.
  4. In bowls, layer rice, avocado, cucumber, edamame, and place salmon on top.
