- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated

- 1 small cucumber, sliced
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, whisk together hot honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
- Pour sauce into the skillet and stir to coat the beef evenly.
- Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide cooked rice into bowls and top with the hot honey beef.
- Add cucumber slices, shredded carrots, and chopped green onions.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Adjust the spice by adding chili flakes or sriracha. For a lighter option, serve over cauliflower rice or lettuce cups.
