- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground turkey, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Stir in sliced bell pepper and zucchini, cooking until just tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, hot sauce, and chicken broth.
- Pour sauce into skillet and stir well to coat turkey and vegetables.
- Simmer for 5–7 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Adjust seasoning if needed and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
