  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add ground turkey, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in sliced bell pepper and zucchini, cooking until just tender.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, hot sauce, and chicken broth.
  6. Pour sauce into skillet and stir well to coat turkey and vegetables.
  7. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  8. Adjust seasoning if needed and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
