Instructions
- Prepare chocolate cake mix according to package directions, using eggs, oil, and water. Pour into a 9×13‑inch baking pan and bake until a toothpick comes out clean; let cool.
- In a large bowl whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix, 2 cups heavy whipping cream, 1 cup cold whole milk, and 1/2 cup Irish cream liqueur until thickened; spread evenly over the cooled cake.
- For the topping, whip 2 cups heavy whipping cream with 5 tablespoons Irish cream liqueur, 1/4 cup baking cocoa, and 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar until soft peaks form; spread over the pudding layer.
- Drizzle chocolate sauce over the top and sprinkle mini chocolate chips or shavings. Chill before serving.
