  • ¾ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Brownie Layer: In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  3. Prepare Cookie Layer: In another bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy. Mix in egg and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips.
