Delicious, fudgy, and super easy brownies that require minimal ingredients and effort!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Let cool before slicing into squares and serving.

Notes

For extra fudgy brownies, bake on the lower end of the time range. You can also add chocolate chips or nuts for extra flavor!
