Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, paprika, oregano, basil, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until slightly softened.
  7. Pour in the chicken broth and stir to combine.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet.
  9. Simmer until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce thickens.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
