- 2 – 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt , or more to taste
- 3 dashes ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Place chicken breasts in the skillet and cook each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Mix honey, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
