Description

Deliciously juicy hamburgers with perfectly seasoned beef patties and fresh toppings.


Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Cheese slices (optional)
  • Ketchup and mustard

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape into 4 patties.
  3. Heat a grill or pan and cook patties 4-5 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
  4. Toast burger buns lightly.
  5. Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sauces.
  6. Serve immediately.
