Ingredients

- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Cheese slices (optional)
- Ketchup and mustard
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Shape into 4 patties.
- Heat a grill or pan and cook patties 4-5 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
- Toast burger buns lightly.
- Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sauces.
- Serve immediately.
