- 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
- Grease the crockpot lightly.
- Add potatoes to the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, sour cream, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or until potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the potatoes.
- Cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add cooked bacon bits or a pinch of paprika before serving.
