  • 1 large zucchini

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add Rao’s marinara sauce to the beef and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Slice zucchini lengthwise into thin strips using a mandoline or knife.
  5. In a baking dish, layer meat sauce, zucchini strips, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella. Repeat layers.
  6. Finish with mozzarella on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
