A low-carb, keto-friendly Thai-inspired stir fry with ground turkey, fresh vegetables, and a savory-sweet sauce full of bold flavors.

			- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced into half-moons
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Heat coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Stir in bell pepper, zucchini, and broccoli. Cook for 5–6 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add soy sauce (or coconut aminos), fish sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and chili flakes. Stir to combine and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in fresh basil leaves.
- Serve hot with lime wedges for squeezing over the top.
Notes
For extra heat, add sliced Thai chili peppers. Serve as is or with cauliflower rice for a more filling keto meal.
