			- 1 lb ground beef
 - 2 packs instant ramen noodles
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 2 tbsp brown sugar
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tsp ginger, grated
 - 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
 - 1 cup beef broth
 - 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
 - 1/2 cup shredded carrots
 - 1/2 cup baby spinach
 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
 - In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
 - Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
 - Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
 - Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and gochujang, mixing well.
 - Pour in beef broth and let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
 - Add cooked ramen noodles, carrots, spinach, and green onions, tossing everything together.
 - Season with salt and pepper as needed.
 - Garnish with sesame seeds and extra green onions before serving.
 
Notes
Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang. For extra flavor, top with a soft-boiled egg.
