Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and gochujang, mixing well.
  6. Pour in beef broth and let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Add cooked ramen noodles, carrots, spinach, and green onions, tossing everything together.
  8. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
  9. Garnish with sesame seeds and extra green onions before serving.

Notes

Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang. For extra flavor, top with a soft-boiled egg.
