- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar or honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha or chili paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Water as needed to thin
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, and sweetener in a saucepan.
- Add garlic, ginger, and sriracha.
- Heat over medium, stirring until smooth.
- Add water a little at a time to reach desired consistency.
- Simmer 3–5 minutes to blend flavors.
- Taste and adjust salt, lime, or sweetness.
- Serve warm or store refrigerated up to 5 days.
