Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon slices (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ยฐC (400ยฐF).
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
