Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200ยฐC (400ยฐF).
- Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
