These little cheddar meatloaves are the perfect individual-sized comfort food, packed with cheesy goodness and savory flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, beat the egg and milk together.
- Stir in cheese, oats, onion, and salt.
- Add ground beef and mix well.
- Shape into 8 small loaves and place in a greased 13×9-inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.
- Spoon sauce over each loaf.
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
Notes
You can double the sauce for extra coverage or serve some on the side for dipping.
