Description

A delicious deconstructed burger bowl loaded with seasoned beef, fresh veggies, and classic burger toppings for a low-carb and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (lean)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons burger sauce (or ketchup + mayo mix)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
  4. In serving bowls, arrange chopped lettuce as the base.
  5. Top with cooked beef, cherry tomatoes, pickles, shredded cheddar, red onion, and avocado slices.
  6. Drizzle with burger sauce or your favorite dressing.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your loaded burger bowl!

Notes

You can swap beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option. Add jalapeños for extra spice.
