Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef (lean)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup sliced pickles
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons burger sauce (or ketchup + mayo mix)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
- In serving bowls, arrange chopped lettuce as the base.
- Top with cooked beef, cherry tomatoes, pickles, shredded cheddar, red onion, and avocado slices.
- Drizzle with burger sauce or your favorite dressing.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your loaded burger bowl!
Notes
You can swap beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option. Add jalapeños for extra spice.
