- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup strawberry or raspberry jam
- Optional: grenadine or red food coloring for extra spooky effect
Instructions
- Drain canned lychees and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Gently stuff one blueberry into the center of each lychee to resemble a pupil.
- Spoon a small amount of strawberry jam into the cavity before inserting the blueberry to create a ‘bloody’ effect.
- Arrange lychee eyeballs on a serving plate.
- Optional: drizzle with grenadine or add a drop of red food coloring for extra creepiness.
- Chill until ready to serve.
