Description

Creepy yet delicious lychee eyeballs made with canned lychees, blueberries, and strawberry jam — a spooky Halloween treat!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (20 oz) lychees, drained
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup strawberry or raspberry jam
  • Optional: grenadine or red food coloring for extra spooky effect

Instructions

  1. Drain canned lychees and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Gently stuff one blueberry into the center of each lychee to resemble a pupil.
  3. Spoon a small amount of strawberry jam into the cavity before inserting the blueberry to create a ‘bloody’ effect.
  4. Arrange lychee eyeballs on a serving plate.
  5. Optional: drizzle with grenadine or add a drop of red food coloring for extra creepiness.
  6. Chill until ready to serve.

Notes

Best served cold. Perfect for Halloween parties, spooky cocktails, or as a fun topping for desserts.
