Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Parmesan, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until just combined—avoid overmixing.
  4. Scoop the mixture into the mini muffin tin, pressing gently to fill each cup.
  5. Top each bite with a small spoonful of ketchup.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and slightly crispy on top.
  7. Let cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm.

Notes

Use lean ground beef for less grease. You can substitute ground turkey for a lighter version.
