- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Parmesan, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until just combined—avoid overmixing.
- Scoop the mixture into the mini muffin tin, pressing gently to fill each cup.
- Top each bite with a small spoonful of ketchup.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and slightly crispy on top.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
Notes
Use lean ground beef for less grease. You can substitute ground turkey for a lighter version.
