Juicy mini meatloaf patties tucked into soft slider buns, topped with melty cheese and a tangy glaze—perfect for parties or weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup (plus extra for glaze)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 slider buns
- 8 slices cheddar or American cheese
- Butter or oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 8 small patties.
- Place patties on a greased baking sheet and brush tops with extra ketchup.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
- During the last 5 minutes, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
- Toast slider buns if desired.
- Assemble sliders by placing each meatloaf patty on a bun and serve warm.
Notes
You can prepare the patties in advance and refrigerate them until ready to bake. Great served with pickles or crispy onion strings.
