Description

Juicy mini meatloaf patties tucked into soft slider buns, topped with melty cheese and a tangy glaze—perfect for parties or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (plus extra for glaze)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 8 slider buns
  • 8 slices cheddar or American cheese
  • Butter or oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 8 small patties.
  4. Place patties on a greased baking sheet and brush tops with extra ketchup.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
  6. During the last 5 minutes, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
  7. Toast slider buns if desired.
  8. Assemble sliders by placing each meatloaf patty on a bun and serve warm.

Notes

You can prepare the patties in advance and refrigerate them until ready to bake. Great served with pickles or crispy onion strings.
