Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 23 Meyer lemons (zest and juice)

Instructions

  1. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Add Meyer lemon zest and juice.
  4. Simmer gently for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes.
  6. Strain into a clean jar and cool completely.
  7. Store in the refrigerator.

Notes
