Description
These spooky Mini Meatloaf Ghosts are the perfect fun and festive dinner for Halloween night, complete with mashed potato ghosts on top.
Ingredients

			- 1 lb ground beef
 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
 - 1/4 cup milk
 - 1 egg
 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 2 tbsp ketchup
 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
 - 2 cups mashed potatoes
 - Black sesame seeds or peppercorns for eyes
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
 - Divide mixture into 6 portions and shape into mini meatloaves. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
 - Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until cooked through.
 - Meanwhile, prepare mashed potatoes if not already done.
 - Once meatloaves are done, pipe mashed potatoes on top using a piping bag to create ghost shapes.
 - Press sesame seeds or peppercorns into mashed potatoes for eyes.
 - Serve warm and enjoy your spooky dinner!
 
Notes
For extra flavor, brush meatloaves with ketchup or BBQ sauce before baking. Use a star or round piping tip for the best ghost effect.
