Description

These mini salmon quiches are delicious, portable, and perfect for brunches, parties, or a light meal. They’re flaky, savory, and filled with creamy salmon goodness.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup cooked salmon, flaked
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or spray for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Lightly grease a muffin tin.
  3. Cut puff pastry into small squares and press into each muffin cup.
  4. Divide salmon, cheese, and green onions evenly into each cup.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together milk, cream, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour egg mixture over the fillings until nearly full.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the quiches are puffed and golden.
  8. Let cool slightly before removing from tin and serving.

Notes

Great served warm or at room temperature. You can use smoked salmon for a bolder flavor.
