Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  3. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, carrot, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups.
  5. Top each with a small spoonful of ketchup.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
