- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped onion

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, carrot, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups.
- Top each with a small spoonful of ketchup.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
