- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 2 black olives (for eyes)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut puff pastry into thin strips.
- Wrap the strips around the brie to resemble mummy bandages, leaving small gaps for eyes.
- Brush pastry with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Place black olives on top for eyes.
- Drizzle with honey if desired and serve warm.

You can substitute candy eyes for a fun look. Serve with crackers, fruit, or veggies.
