Description

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 2 black olives (for eyes)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut puff pastry into thin strips.
  3. Wrap the strips around the brie to resemble mummy bandages, leaving small gaps for eyes.
  4. Brush pastry with beaten egg.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Place black olives on top for eyes.
  7. Drizzle with honey if desired and serve warm.
