Description

A refreshing, metabolism-boosting natural drink inspired by Mounjaro benefits, packed with antioxidants, gut-friendly ingredients, and vibrant flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed green tea, cooled (matcha can be used for extra antioxidants)
  • 1-inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar with the “mother”
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 tsp açaí powder (optional)
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Brew green tea and let it cool completely.
  2. Grate fresh ginger and zest the lemon.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine cooled green tea, ginger, lemon juice, and zest.
  4. Add raw honey and stir until dissolved.
  5. Mix in apple cider vinegar, turmeric, cayenne pepper (if using), coconut water, and açaí powder (if using).
  6. Add 2 cups of water and stir thoroughly.
  7. Chill in the fridge or serve over ice.

Notes

This drink is great first thing in the morning. Adjust the cayenne for heat preference. For extra detox, use organic ingredients when possible.
