Description
A comforting one-pot cheeseburger macaroni made with tender pasta, seasoned ground beef, and a rich creamy cheese sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter and sauté the onion until soft.
- Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the uncooked macaroni and beef broth.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10–12 minutes until pasta is cooked.
- Pour in the milk and stir until combined.
- Add the cheddar cheese and mix until melted and creamy.
- Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, top with pickles or add a dash of mustard to mimic a true cheeseburger taste.
