- 15 ounces Oreo Cookies, finely crushed (about 36 cookies)
- 24 ounces almond bark, vanilla or chocolate
- optional: heart sprinkles for decorating
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together softened cream cheese and crushed Oreos until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt almond bark according to package instructions in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted almond bark, letting excess drip off.
- Return to parchment paper and immediately decorate with heart sprinkles if desired.
- Let set completely at room temperature or refrigerate until firm (about 15 minutes).
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
Tips: For easier dipping, insert a toothpick into each ball before freezing. Substitutions: Use white chocolate or dark chocolate coating instead of almond bark. Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
