  • Author: Crystal
  • Total Time: 1 hour (including chilling)
  • Yield: 36 balls 1x

Description

These irresistible Oreo Balls are the perfect Valentine’s Day treat! Creamy, chocolatey, and oh-so-easy to make, these no-bake delights combine crushed Oreos with cream cheese, dipped in smooth almond bark, and decorated with festive heart sprinkles. They’re bite-sized packages of love that will melt your sweetheart’s heart!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 15 ounces Oreo Cookies, finely crushed (about 36 cookies)
  • 24 ounces almond bark, vanilla or chocolate
  • optional: heart sprinkles for decorating

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together softened cream cheese and crushed Oreos until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt almond bark according to package instructions in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted almond bark, letting excess drip off.
  7. Return to parchment paper and immediately decorate with heart sprinkles if desired.
  8. Let set completely at room temperature or refrigerate until firm (about 15 minutes).
  9. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

Tips: For easier dipping, insert a toothpick into each ball before freezing. Substitutions: Use white chocolate or dark chocolate coating instead of almond bark. Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
