Description

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chicken breasts (56 boneless skinless breasts)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning or dried herbs of your choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub each piece with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, granulated garlic, kosher salt, and black pepper evenly over both sides of the chicken.
  5. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
