- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillets.
- Sprinkle with garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Top each fillet with lemon slices.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the salmon with the seasonings for 15–20 minutes before baking.
