Description

A simple, healthy, and flavorful oven baked salmon recipe, perfectly seasoned and cooked to tender perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets.
  5. Sprinkle with garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  6. Top each fillet with lemon slices.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon with the seasonings for 15–20 minutes before baking.
