A quick and cozy peach cobbler mug cake made in minutes with just a few pantry staples and juicy peaches.
Ingredients

- 1 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp white cake mix (Betty Crocker recommended)
- 1 – 2 pinches cinnamon
- Optional: small pinch nutmeg
- 2 1/2 Tbsp milk
- 1 (4 oz) pkg. diced peaches in light syrup
Instructions
- Melt butter in a microwave-safe mug.
- Add white cake mix, cinnamon, and optional nutmeg.
- Pour in milk and stir until smooth.
- Spoon diced peaches with syrup on top of the batter.
- Microwave for about 1 minute and 10 seconds, or until cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before enjoying.
Notes
Adjust cook time depending on microwave wattage. Best enjoyed warm right out of the mug!
