Ingredients

- 2 cups (473 ml) heavy whipping cream (UK: double cream)
- ¼ cup (60 ml) whole milk
- ⅓ cup (3 oz)/(90 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ⅓ cup (80 g) sugar
- 1 ½ large peaches (225 g) cut into chunks
- (Optional) Extra ½ peach cut into tiny pieces or used as garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the heavy whipping cream, whole milk, lemon juice, sugar, and peach chunks.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- If using, fold in the extra peach pieces once churning is done.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Use ripe, juicy peaches for the best flavor. Adjust sugar to taste if needed.
