Description
A sweet, spicy, and tangy BBQ sauce made with peaches, jalapenos, and a hint of bourbon—perfect for canning and summer grilling.

- 6 cups Peaches: Peeled and chopped
- 1 red Bell Pepper
- 1 Onion
- 2 Jalapeno Peppers (for added heat use more peppers)
- 3/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Canning Salt
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/8 cup Bourbon
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 Cup Honey
Instructions
- Combine peaches, bell pepper, onion, and jalapenos in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to a large pot over medium heat.
- Add apple cider vinegar, dry mustard, canning salt, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, bourbon, garlic, and honey.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for about 30–40 minutes, stirring frequently until thickened.
- Use an immersion blender if a smoother consistency is desired.
- Prepare canning jars according to proper canning procedures.
- Fill jars with hot BBQ sauce, leaving 1/2-inch headspace.
- Process in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes (adjusting for altitude if necessary).
- Let jars cool and ensure seals are tight before storing.

Adjust jalapeno quantity to control heat. Great for grilling or as a marinade.
