Ingredients

  • 3 peaches, deseeded and finely diced
  • ½ small red onion, finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño, deseeded and finely diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 tomato, finely diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper or freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all finely diced fruits and vegetables in a large bowl.
  2. Add minced garlic and chopped cilantro.
  3. Squeeze in fresh lime juice.
  4. Season with white pepper and salt.
  5. Mix everything thoroughly and let it sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.
