Ingredients

- 3 peaches, deseeded and finely diced
- ½ small red onion, finely diced
- 1 jalapeño, deseeded and finely diced
- 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 tomato, finely diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ bunch cilantro, chopped
- 2 limes, juiced
- ¼ teaspoon white pepper or freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine all finely diced fruits and vegetables in a large bowl.
- Add minced garlic and chopped cilantro.
- Squeeze in fresh lime juice.
- Season with white pepper and salt.
- Mix everything thoroughly and let it sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.
