- 2 jalapeno peppers, stems and seeds removed
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 limes, juiced
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced peaches, red onion, garlic, and jalapenos.
- Add the chopped cilantro and mix well.
- Drizzle in the olive oil and squeeze in the lime juice.
- Sprinkle with black pepper and stir everything together until well combined.
- Let the salsa sit for 10-15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
Notes
For extra heat, leave some jalapeno seeds in. This salsa pairs wonderfully with grilled fish or tortilla chips.
