Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together peanut butter, butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Scoop dough and roll into balls, placing them on a baking sheet.
- Gently flatten each cookie with a fork.
- Decorate with Valentine’s sprinkles or candies.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
